Warranty Terms and Conditions

At D’ella Semijoias , we are committed to ensuring the highest quality, excellence, and durability of every piece. To ensure you can enjoy your jewelry with complete peace of mind and confidence, we offer a 3-year warranty on the plating of our pieces.

What is covered by the warranty?

Our warranty covers potential manufacturing defects in the plating of the pieces, provided they have been used in accordance with the recommended care instructions. This includes premature loss of shine or abnormal changes in the plating colour resulting from normal daily use.

What is not covered?

The warranty excludes all damage resulting from improper use, negligence, or accidents. The warranty does not cover:

  • Breakage, scratches, dents, or loss of stones (setting) due to impact.
  • Oxidation or wear caused by contact with chemical agents (perfumes, creams, cosmetics, alcohol gel, or cleaning products).
  • Damage caused by excessive exposure to water (swimming in the sea or a pool, or showering) and excessive sweating.
  • Incorrect storage of parts (stacked or in damp locations).

How do I make a warranty claim?

If your piece develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact our customer support team via email at della.semijoiasdella@gmail.com or through our website.

We will conduct a detailed technical assessment of the item and, if the coverage criteria are met, we will carry out the repair, replace it with an identical item, or issue a credit of equivalent value.

At Della Semijoias , our mission is to provide you with an exquisite experience defined by trust and sophistication. Should you require any further information, our team remains entirely at your disposal.

🌟 Care and Cleaning Guide: Preserve the Shine of Your Pieces

High-quality fashion jewelry deserves a gentle care routine. To maintain the original shine, mirror-like finish, and the durability of the plating for years to come, follow our recommended cleaning method:

Step 1: The Gentle Wash

  • Place your item in warm water (never boiling).
  • Add two or three drops of neutral dish soap (avoid scented or moisturizing soaps, as they leave dull residues).
  • Use your fingertips or an ultra-soft bristled toothbrush to gently clean areas with stones or textured details.

Step 2: The Perfect Rinse

  • Rinse the item under plenty of clean running water to completely remove any traces of detergent.

Step 3: Absolute Drying (The most important step)

  • Place the piece of costume jewellery on a sheet of absorbent kitchen paper or a soft microfibre cloth.
  • Gently press to remove excess water.
  • Expert tip: Use a hair dryer on the cool setting for a few seconds. Ensuring the item is 100% dry before storing it prevents premature oxidation.

Step 4: The Final Polish

  • Gently rub the piece with a polishing cloth or a clean, dry microfiber cloth. This will polish the metal and restore the radiant shine it had when you first wore it.

🚫 Three Golden Rules for Daily Life

  1. The "Last Accessory" Rule: Your fashion jewelry should be the last thing you put on before leaving and the first thing you take off upon returning. Apply perfumes, creams, and makeup 10 minutes before putting on your pieces.
  2. Sports and Leisure: Always remove your jewelry before entering the pool, the sea, or the shower, or before exercising (sweat contains uric acid, which accelerates the wear of the finish).
  3. Individual Storage: Store your pieces individually in velvet pouches or in the compartments of your jewellery box. Direct contact between different metals causes friction and unwanted scratches.
