3. Product Information, Prices, and Content
- Features: Della Semijoias presents the essential features of the items through descriptions and photographs. Due to the nature of screens, actual colours may vary slightly.
- Information Errors: We are committed to promptly correcting any typographical or pricing errors. Should a customer purchase a product with an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, Della Semijoias will notify the customer, who shall have the right to maintain the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
- Out of Stock: In the event of the product becoming unexpectedly unavailable after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be contacted within a maximum of 3 days to choose between exchanging it for a similar product, waiting for the item, or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
- Prices: All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the statutory rate applicable in Portugal. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are itemized before the purchase is finalized.

- Registration/Purchase: The user can make a purchase as a guest or by registering a customer account.
- Delivery Details: The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (address, name, contact details). If the order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address caused by a customer error, the cost of re-shipping shall be borne by the customer.
- Delivery Times: Orders are shipped via CTT Express or standard CTT mail. The estimated delivery time for mainland Portugal is 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

- Item Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging, free from signs of misuse, excessive handling, or damage, and accompanied by all accessories and the invoice.
- Return Costs: Unless otherwise indicated, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne entirely by the consumer .
- Refund: The refund of payments made will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed of the decision to terminate the contract, using the same payment method; however, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or received proof of their dispatch.

- Della Semijoias ensures that all products sold comply with the legal safety standards in force in Portugal.
- Della Semijoias guarantees the proper packaging of the product and assumes responsibility for the item's integrity until the moment of its actual delivery to the customer.
- The online store service is provided using appropriate levels of IT security; Della Semijoias accepts no liability for general internet network failures beyond its operational control.

- Do not use false identities or those of third parties without proper authorization;
- Make payment of the total order amount within the specified timeframes.
